Documentation required for Mexico Account holders

Dear HSBCnet Administrator,

As businesses grow and evolve, corporate structure, location, and other aspects of your business may change as well.  As a result, information originally provided to HSBC at account opening may no longer reflect the current status of your company. Up to date information is crucial to the security and service of your accounts and your assistance is requested to secure documentation that reflects your business today.

HSBC would appreciate your assistance gathering the required information itemized in the attached appendix within the next month. The appendix contains a list of required documents that will be validated against existing information on file in Mexico. This will help maintain the security of your accounts, deliver support targeted to your current business position and ensure documentation on file reflects your business today.

When the required information has been collected, please visit your local branch to submit the documents or contact your Relationship Manager who will coordinate the delivery of the required documents. Once confirmed, your Relationship Manager will arrange a visit to your business to identify and follow up on your banking needs.

If you have any questions regarding this request, please contact your Relationship Manager directly.  Assistance is also available via the local Customer Account Support Line at +52 (55) 57 21 31 50 in Mexico City or 01 800 504 86 00 (option 4) from elsewhere in Mexico. Hours are Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 21:00 and Saturdays from 8:00 to 16:00.

We inform you that, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law of Protection of
Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares), your information is confidential and is protected according to HSBC’s security standards. We invite you to consult our privacy statement at the HSBC Mexico website www.hsbc.com.mx.
