APPENDIX: List of required documents to Government Agencies

• Verification of Legal Existence
Copy of: Decree of creation, Organic Law, Official Journal, Internal manual, Other Applicable Law or similar, Articles of Incorporation or “Toma de nota” or statutes (Should be Union).
Any of the above.

• Proof of address (dated within the last 90 days)
Copy of any of the following documents in the name of your agency: electricity bill, water bill, gas bill, cable television bill, land-line telephone bill (cellular phone bills are not permitted), or a bank statement or certification issued by authority or agency (valid for one year)

• Proof of income, you can select one of the following options:

“Presupuesto de Ingresos” published the year in progress (Official Journal or Internet).

“Cuenta Pública“ of the immediately preceding year.

“Presupuesto de Egresos” of the agency that provides resources.

Financial statements

• Tax ID / RFC registration document: copy of the page verifying registration with the RFC.

• Identifications: Copy of the Official ID’s (passport, IFE) of legal representative, attorney, all individuals designated as account signatories (if applicable).

• Proof of Occupation or document stating the position held each of the signatories:
Elected officials:

In Functions - Toma de Protesta to the appropriate body.

Elected - Constancia de Mayoría from state-owned INE or equivalent.

Appointed officials:

Nombramiento on letterhead and / or Single Format

Delegation Agreement or copy of powers of attorney for acts of administration and subscribe credit (if any).
