	HSBCnet training options for Canadian customers Dear HSBCnet User, HSBCnet is pleased to offer several training options available to Canadian customers designed to help answer any questions you may have regarding your HSBCnet service. Option 1: Contact your local HSBCnet Support Centre: By phone: 1-866-684-4722 (Monday to Friday from 8AM EST – 8PM EST); or  By e-mail: hsbcnet.customer.support@hsbc.ca Option 2: You can request one-on-one or group HSBCnet training through the HSBCnet Customer Support team, which can be delivered over the phone with the support of WebEx, a video conferencing tool. Option 3: There are several user guides and videos available in the HSBCnet Help Centre with answers to frequently asked customer questions. This can be accessed via the Help menu located on the top right of the screen when you are logged in to HSBCnet.   In addition, Help Text is embedded within HSBCnet services and provides you with direct access to relevant support information without navigating away from your current task.
