For customers with accounts in Mexico: new received transaction details report

As of 11 December 2017, we are introducing a new report on HSBCnet that will provide you with full details of received transactions for your accounts in Mexico.

The new Reporte de Detalle de transacciones report is aligned with regulations specified in article 20 of the Federal Fiscal Code (CFF) introduced by Mexico's Tax Administration Services (SAT).

How to request this report for your account(s) in Mexico

To add the Reporte de Detalle de transacciones report to your organisation’s HSBCnet profile, please contact your HSBC representative. You will need to specify the account(s) for which you want this report to be generated, as well as your preferred format (TXT or CSV).

Please note the following criteria for Reporte de Detalle de transacciones report:

  • This report will only provide transaction details on credits to your account.
  • The report will be generated at the end of every day, from Tuesday to Saturday, in the Reports and Files Download service.
  • This end-of-day report will also contain the previous day’s received transaction details.
  • The report is available in either TXT or CSV format for each account as requested.
