For customers with accounts in Mexico: new View Electronic Payment Receipt features for SPEI and SPID transactions

Effective 4 December 2017, the View Electronic Payment Receipt feature will immediately connect you to the status of your SPEI or SPID transaction on the Central Bank of Mexico’s (Banxico) website. You can also download the BANXICO PDF Receipt of your successfully completed transactions. Currently, this process requires a 30-minute waiting period.

The introduction of the View Electronic Payment Receipt feature is aligned with local regulatory requirements in Mexico.

You can find the View Electronic Payment Receipt button on the following two screens as of 4 December 2017:

  1. Transaction details tab of a SPEI or SPID transaction in the Account Information service.

This feature is not available on HSBCnet Mobile at this time.
