For customers with accounts in Canada: Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) service enhancements

Effective 27 November 2017, we are enhancing HSBCnet’s Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) service in Canada.

What’s changing?

  1. Windows 10 compatibility to offer more flexibility, you can start using your RDC online platform on any Windows 10 enabled device.

  2. System updates When logging in, you may occasionally see a message notifying you that an update is required. Simply click the “Update” button and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
