Client View: the newly re-designed Performance Measurement tool now available

Last updated: 8 October 2020

We’re pleased to announce the launch of the updated Performance Measurement tool (POET) now available in HSBCnet.

What’s changing?

With an intuitive and up-to-date design, the new screens offer easier navigation, an enhanced search feature and more accessible content, including keyboard support.

The latest design also offers new and improved access to the Time Series feature with simpler user input on enquiry and enhanced Manager Summary export features.

With the new POET, you’ll receive:

  1. An updated Client View menu. We’re moving the menu to the top of your screen with clearly labelled tabs to make it easier for you to identify Client View services available to you.
  2. Enhanced filter options and new search functions that allow you to quickly view related information available for a particular fund or fund group.
  3. Improved page navigation with clearly labelled tabs to make it easier to switch between different enquiries.

What this means for you

You don’t need to do anything to access the updated version. If you already have permissions for POET, you’ll automatically have access to the tool in HSBCnet.
