US account holders: upcoming changes to electronic statements targeting 1 July 2019Last updated: 3 April 2019 We’re upgrading our systems to offer you enhanced information for your US ACH payments. Currently, US ACH transactions don’t provide any customer reference information in Intra-Day or End of Day statements for US accounts. The changes we’re making will provide you with more relevant information to assist you in reconciling your transactions. What this means for you: If you use ERP systems or automated account reconciliation programs for your electronic statements, you may be impacted. To ensure the on-going operation of your automated reconciliation processes, we recommend that you review your internal systems and, if required, update them. This change affects the following: HSBCnet Account Information Excel exports, and Reports and Files Download BAI2 End of Day, MT940, and CSV formatted reports. What’s changing?
