For HSBC China customers: WeChat service now available ‎

We’re pleased to announce that we have launched the new HSBC Corporate Banking WeChat Service on 19 April 2018, providing you with a quick and convenient way to access your accounts and HSBCnet services.*

Once you subscribe to the new WeChat service, you’ll be able to access the following HSBCnet services from the WeChat app – all you need is your mobile device and your HSBCnet logon details.

Benefits:

  • Quickly access HSBCnet services from the WeChat app - view your China and Hong Kong account balances instantly, authorise transactions via HSBCnet Mobile, and much more.
  • The “Ask Hui” intelligent virtual assistant which is available 24/7 to respond to your general banking queries related to account opening, products and services such as payments, Trade services and foreign exchange transactions and more.**
  • Receive push notifications via WeChat, helping you stay updated on your HSBCnet activity.
  • Up-to-date market information and activity.

* The HSBC Corporate Banking WeChat Service is applicable and available to HSBC accounts and HSBCnet profiles maintained with HSBC China.

There are no additional charges for using the HSBC Corporate Banking WeChat service. However, your mobile network operator may charge you to access the WeChat app and these charges may vary if you access the App when abroad. You are responsible for these charges.

** Some “Ask Hui” responses are applicable to Commercial Banking customers only.
