For customers with accounts in Canada: eStatement requests are now available in Message Centre ‎

We’re pleased to announce that you can now request eStatements securely through the HSBCnet Message Centre.*

This new service is highly secure and will reach the HSBCnet Support Centre directly. It speeds up routine eStatement requests, and reduces the need to call, email or, in some cases, mail documents to us.

To send an eStatement Request message via Message Centre:

  • Open Message Centre directly from your HSBCnet tabs (or under the 'More’ tab).
  • Create a ‘statement request’ message to submit confidential and secure details directly to the HSBCnet Support Centre.

Automated notification alerts will be sent to your email address to inform you when updates are available for your request. Simply log on to view the details in your Message Centre inbox. For instructions on how to send and view the status of your messages, select the ‘Help’ link in Message Centre.

*Currently, the Statement Request Message Centre service is available for accounts domiciled in Bermuda, Canada, Egypt, India, Japan, Malta, New Zealand, Philippines, UAE, and the United States.

A fee may be charged for eStatements requested through the HSBCnet Message Centre. For inquiries about fees, please contact your HSBC representative.
