Customers with accounts in Mexico: enhanced information for SPEI and SPID transactions in the Account Information serviceLast updated: 6 March 2017 In alignment with regulatory requirements in Mexico, additional information will be available in the Account Information service for your SPEI and SPID transactions effective 27 March 2017.
In addition, from 27 March 2017, you can select a new View Electronic Payment Receipt button on the SPEI or SPID Transaction detail screen to access the payment receipt on the Bank of Mexico’s (BANXICO) website. Please note, the payment receipt will be available 30 minutes after the transaction has been accepted by the beneficiary bank. This feature is not available for HSBCnet Mobile at this time.
