File Upload service for Hong Kong Business Integrated Advantage accountsEffective immediately, Hong Kong customers have the option to send payments from Hong Kong Business Integrated Advantage (HK BIA) accounts via File Upload. This enhancement is available for the following payment types:
With this enhancement, you can use the Report Writer service to create customised reports of account and transaction details from your HK BIA accounts; and the details of these accounts are also shown in the standard statement and Autopay report. In order to choose this service for your HK BIA accounts please contact your HSBC representative to complete an ‘Accounts and Services Amendment Form’. * There are changes to HKMRI / HKAUTOPAY file format for uploading ACH payments, please contact your HSBC representative for an updated Message Implementation Guide (MIG). |
