New Message Centre service – General query, available to all Users with accounts in Mexico

Dear HSBCnet User,

Effective 18 April 2016, the General query Message Centre service is automatically available to all HSBCnet Users entitled to Mexico accounts. This service allows you to send and receive instructions and associated documentation to HSBC through online secured messages providing a safer and highly secure method of submitting requests online. This new service expedites routine maintenance requests and eliminates the need to call or email the HSBCnet Support Centre.

Look for Message Centre in your HSBCnet tabs or under 'More’ where you can use the General query function to submit confidential and secure details directly to your Mexico HSBCnet Support Centre.

Your General query can be related to any type of support that you have previously called or emailed the HSBCnet support teams for. Automated notification alerts will be sent to your email address as/when updates are available on your query. Simply log on and review the updates in the Message Centre.

For instructions on how to submit and check on your messages, please select the ‘Help’ link in the Message Centre service.

As a result of the enhanced security and privacy available with this on-line/ in system service, HSBCnet will soon transition to the exclusive use of Message Centre as the email communication hub for any email inquiries sent via email to our Mexico Support Centre. Effective 16 May 2016, inquiries to Mexico HSBCnet Support teams will only be accepted/replied to via Message Centre.
