Updated Customer Associate Letter of Authority for Canadian HSBCnet customers
Dear HSBCnet System Administrator,
As you know, our HSBCnet service permits the addition of Customer Associate accounts to your HSBCnet profile. If you would like to have a Customer Associate add an account to the HSBCnet profile, the Customer Associate will need to complete the Customer Associate Letter of Authority and provide you with a copy. As a result of recent changes, you will no longer need to complete a separate form of consent.
As a System Administrator, you will still need to assign entitlements to Users under your HSBCnet profile to provide them access to view reports and/or transact on the new Customer Associate account(s). As always, you can easily request to remove accounts from your HSBCnet profile by contacting us through the Message Centre service on HSBCnet. The terms and conditions of your existing HSBCnet agreement remain the same and will not change.
For additional information, please contact your HSBCnet Support Centre or HSBC representative.
Sincerely,
Your HSBCnet team
