New 'Account Information' service under the HSBCnet Accounts tab

‘Account Information’, an enhanced service similar to Balance and Transaction Reporting is currently being rolled out across HSBCnet globally. The new service allows you to enquire on your account balances and statements, while also featuring a rich user experience that includes:

  • more organised and intuitive navigation;
  • a faster interface;
  • and improved formatting when exporting balances and statements.

Now available
'Account Information' is already available to customers who have recently transitioned from local Business Internet Banking platforms globally. In addition, existing HSBCnet customers with profiles in Latin America and North America who currently have access to Balance and Transaction Reporting can also now access 'Account Information' from
under the ‘Accounts’ tab.

Coming Soon
Effective 17 November, 'Account Information’ service will be made available to all other HSBCnet users who currently have access to Balance and Transaction Reporting. On the effective date, users can access the service from the 'Accounts' tab.

To provide a smooth transition, all information within Account Information can be found in the same way you’re used to in Balance and Transaction Reporting. There is no change to the way you access balance and transaction information through HSBCnet Mobile.

For further assistance, please refer to the following resources:

An Account Information Training Video is also available in the HSBCnet Help Centre.

Please note: eventually, Balance Transaction Reporting will be replaced by Account Information; however the two services will be available in parallel until further notice.

Sincerely,

Your HSBCnet team
