For customers with accounts in the UK: updated ACH Credits screen for Faster Payments

Effective 2 December 2017, when you submit a Faster Payment via ACH Credit screens on HSBCnet, you will be required to acknowledge the following statement before you can submit the payment:
Single Faster Payments or multiple Faster Payments sent via this screen will be subject to a batch fee in line with your tariff. You have the option to send a single Faster Payment via the Priority Payment screen where you will not be charged a batch fee. If you have any queries please contact your usual Bank representative or refer to your agreed tariff.

You will also be required to complete the acknowledgement when you use your general/restricted templates for ACH Faster Payments in the UK. You are not required to take any action prior to 2 December.
