Quick and convenient: Electronic Statements are now available for customers with accounts domiciled in Kazakhstan
You are now able to begin accessing your Kazakhstan (KZ) account information more quickly by downloading a PDF copy of your bank statement (e-statement) directly from the Reports and File Download tool.
Covering the same information and statement cycle as your paper statements, you are able to:
- Download e-statements more quickly than waiting for your paper copies to arrive by mail
- Store information easily in electronic PDF format
- Use non-editable PDF format for audit purposes
If you are already entitled to access "Balance and statement" information in the Balance and Transaction Reporting tool, you will automatically have access to e-statements through the Reports and File Download tool for your next statement cycle. Please contact your company's HSBCnet System Administrator for entitlements to access composite e-statements.
For additional guidance on entitlements, please review the User Entitlement Guide available post-logon under the Entitlements section of the HSBCnet Help Centre.
E-statements will be retained on HSBCnet Reports and File Download tool for 60 days.
For more information, please contact HSBC Kazakhstan E-channels Help Desk at hsbcnet@hsbc.kz.
Sincerely,
Your HSBCnet team
