On 13 September 2020, we’re updating HSBCnet’s Customer Alerting service to help keep you better informed about activity on your accounts in Mexico.
From 13 September, if you currently receive scheduled email alerts, you’ll start receiving new alerts when users initiate the following for your accounts in Mexico:
These alerts are set up automatically and you’re not required to take any action. At this time, the alerts are issued via email only.
Since email alerts are sent to the email address in your HSBCnet profile, we recommend that you review your profile to make sure your email address is up to date and accurate. To update your profile details, select the ‘Edit my profile’ option from the dropdown menu next to your name at the top of HSBCnet screens.
