Israel accounts: send account requests with the Message Centre

Last updated: 4 August 2020

On 17 July, we updated our Message Centre service for accounts in Israel to allow you to send additional types of account requests to us.

What does this mean for me?

If you already have the ‘Message Centre – Other request types’ permission, you’ll be able to attach documents to a ‘General query’ request, instead of sending documents via facsimile or courier.

Using the ‘General query’ request type, you’ll be able to submit the following additional account requests:

  • Arrange for withdrawals or repayments of your on-call loan
  • Set up a Direct Debit request to send funds to another financial institution
  • Update your business address and telephone number
  • Update your business contact details (including name, phone number, and email address)
  • Order cheque books or a bank cheque
  • Setup a term deposit or withdraw/add funds from/to an existing term deposit

Here’s what the attachments feature will look like:

What do I need to do?

Any existing user with the ‘Message Centre – Other request types’ permission will automatically have access to submit the additional account requests using the ‘General query’ message. If you’re a System Administrator, you can grant the ‘Message Centre – Other request type’ permission to any additional users you’d like to have access to this feature.
