After 8 September, System Administrators can grant the ‘Message Centre – Other request types’ permissions to any user they would like to have access to this feature. Any user with the ‘Message Centre – Other request types’ permission will automatically have access to this message type after 8 September. Find out more If you need assistance with permissions or submitting a Message Centre request, please contact your local HSBCnet Support Centre.
