Track Payments: new and enhanced features for managing your paymentsLast updated: 26 August 2019 On 17 August, we’ve introduced new action buttons, as well as payment statuses for ACH and SEPA-Eurozone payments, in Track Payments to further improve your payments experience on HSBCnet. What's changing? 1. New action buttons: We’ve introduced new buttons on some Track Payments screens to allow you to perform many of the actions you’re able to perform in the Payment Summary and Authorisation services, including:

Please note: the new action buttons are available for accounts that also have the newly enhanced payment creation screens. As we continue to introduce the new payment screens to more accounts and countries, the action buttons will become available for all of your accounts. 2. ACH and SEPA-Eurozone payment statuses: Payment statuses for your ACH and SEPA-Eurozone payments have become available in the Track Payments service, giving you more accurate and detailed information about the statuses of these transactions. What if I don’t see Track Payments on HSBCnet? We’re working to provide Track Payments to all HSBCnet customers over the coming months.
