Thailand and India account holders: new Account Information features coming in September

In September 2019, we’re introducing new features in the Account Information service to provide updated account balances for real-time payments that are received after local payment cut-off times.

The following changes will be introduced for accounts in Thailand on 9 September and for accounts in India on 26 September.

What's changing in Account Information for Thailand/India accounts:

  1. New 'Next day available balance' field:
    In Account Information’s detail page, the new “Next day available balance” field will be displayed after close of business in Thailand and India. This field will show your account’s available balance, including any real-time payments received after the end of the local business day.

  1. New 'Future Transactions' filter:
    The new ‘Future Transactions’ filter allows you to view transactions received after the local payment cut-off time. Real-time payments received after the end of the business day will show the next day’s posting date.

    Note: this filter is also only applicable outside of local business hours. If you use the filter during Thailand/India banking hours, no records will be shown.
