Message Centre service: streamline your payment requests and general queries

HSBCnet’s Message Centre service is an easy-to-use feature that offers you the ability to securely send payment related requests and general queries to HSBC without having to call your local HSBCnet Support Centre or HSBC representative.

The following requests can be sent through the Message Centre service:

Message Centre services
General Query Allows you to submit general requests directly to HSBC
Payment Investigation Submit a trace to find out the status of payments you’ve submitted on HSBCnet
Payment Amendment Send requests to amend or change certain information for a payment already submitted on HSBCnet
Payment Cancellation/Recall Submit cancellation/recall requests for payments submitted on HSBCnet

What do I need to do?

If you don’t have access to the Message Centre service, contact your System Administrator to update your user permissions. Please note, all Message Centre requests (except General Queries) require two users to submit a request. One user to create the request and another to approve it.
