Message Centre service: streamline your payment requests and general queriesLast updated: 2 May 2019 HSBCnet’s Message Centre service is an easy-to-use feature that offers you the ability to securely send payment related requests and general queries to HSBC without having to call your local HSBCnet Support Centre or HSBC representative. The following requests can be sent through the Message Centre service:
What do I need to do? If you don’t have access to the Message Centre service, contact your System Administrator to update your user permissions. Please note, all Message Centre requests (except General Queries) require two users to submit a request. One user to create the request and another to approve it.
