A brand new look is coming to your HSBCnet experience

As part of our commitment to continually improve your HSBCnet experience, we’re redesigning HSBCnet so it’s more streamlined and easy-to-use. We’ll be introducing these improvements over the remainder of 2018 and into 2019, and we’ll tell you in advance when you can expect to see the new HSBCnet.

What this means for you

When it’s time for you to transition to the new HSBCnet, we’ll send you an email telling you what to expect and when. It’ll also give you added support, relevant to your HSBCnet profile.  

To make sure you don’t miss these important email notifications, and that you’re ready to access the latest features when it’s time, please:

  1. Review your HSBCnet profile and make sure your email and contact information is up-to-date.

  2. Add @HSBCnet.Communications@emessaging.us.hsbc.com to your approved contact list to prevent these service update emails from going to your junk mail folder.

  3. Upgrade your browser so that you’ll be ready to access the latest features and new services.

Sneak preview

The new-look screens maintain the high-level security and useful features you’ve come to expect from HSBCnet, but with a faster, streamlined, and modernised online experience, including:

  • simpler menus
  • fewer clicks to make payments
  • faster navigation
  • streamlined processes for System Administrators
  • intuitive payment creation forms and trade application forms
