Customers with accounts domiciled in Mexico: mandatory payment file email alertsLast updated: 4 March 2019 From 18 March 2019, you’ll start receiving email alerts for all payment files* uploaded on HSBCnet, debiting your Mexico domiciled accounts. We’ll send an email notification for any payment files that you’ve submitted via the File Upload service in HSBCnet. We’re introducing this change to help you stay informed about payments made from your Mexican accounts, as recommended by local regulatory guidelines. Recommended action: You’ll receive the email alerts at the email address you’ve provided in your HSBCnet user profile. Please review your profile to make sure that the email address is up-to-date and accurate. Find out more If you have any questions related to email payment alerts in Mexico, please contact your local HSBCnet Support Centre.
* Currently, you will not receive email alerts for Beneficiary Registration payment files uploaded on HSBCnet. This feature will be available for Beneficiary Registration payment files later this year.
