For customers with accounts in the UK: Message Centre Trace and Recall features for your BACS payments

Effective immediately, you can submit Trace or Recall requests for BACS payments securely and efficiently using the Message Centre service on HSBCnet.  You can also track the progress of your request in your message history.

If you find that you’re unable to create a Trace or Recall request, check with your System Administrator to make sure you have permission to use the Message Centre.
