For customers in the Phillipines: HSBCnet Mobile app available as of 11 April 2018

We’re pleased to announce that the HSBCnet Mobile app will be available in the Philippines from 11 April 2018, providing you with a quick and convenient way to access your HSBCnet services when banking on the go.

From 11 April, you’ll be able to download the HSBCnet Mobile app on your iPhone or Android™ phone,* giving you access to HSBCnet services directly from your smartphone's home screen.

The Mobile app is faster and easier to use than logging on to HSBCnet via your mobile browser. It offers enhanced optimisation for your mobile device with more direct access to your accounts and services anytime, anywhere: 

  • View account balances and transactions;
  • Create payments to existing beneficiaries;**
  • Receive notification of payments ready for authorisation via My Alerts; and
  • Authorise payments.

Get started:

  1. Download and install the HSBCnet Mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play™, depending on your smartphone. To download the app, search ‘HSBCnet’ in either the Apple App Store or Google Play.

  2. Use your existing logon credentials and security device to log on to HSBCnet Mobile via the app.

    If you use an iPhone 5s or later, you can also log on using Touch ID or Face ID technology (available only on iPhone X). To learn more about setting up Touch ID/Face ID, review the HSBCnet Mobile User Guide in the HSBCnet Help Centre.

  3. Access HSBCnet Mobile services through the options on the Home screen or select the menu icon to view the slide-out menu bar.
