Customers with accounts in Mexico: enhanced eStatements serviceLast updated: 6 February 2017 From 26 February 2017, eStatements for Mexican accounts will be moving from HSBCnet’s Reports and Files Download service to the Account Information service*. The eStatements service is available for Current, Credit Card and Time Deposit accounts domiciled in Mexico.
How to access your eStatements: To learn more about the new eStatements feature on HSBCnet, please review the How to use the eStatements tab within the Account Information service guide available by selecting the Help link in Account Information.
