Hang Seng China customers: updated logon page effective 20 March 2017

From 20 March 2017, we are updating your local Hang Seng HSBCnet logon page to provide a more streamlined display. As part of this enhancement, we are removing the three HSBCnet information boxes (currently displayed below the Username field).

You will continue to be able to access the information found in the information boxes by selecting Online Security and Customer Support links at the bottom of the new logon screen (shown below) from 20 March.

There is no action required by you in preparation for this change.



恒生中国客户:优化版登录页面将于2017年3月20日推出

我们将于2017年3月20日推出优化版恒生HSBCnet登录页面。在这次改动中,现时显示在“用户名”栏位下方的三个信息框将会被删除以简化登录页面。

而信息框中的信息在3月20日后仍可通过点击页面下方的“在线安全”和“客户支持”获取(如下图)。
