Conveniently access on-screen help for cross-border payments with new Information icons

To help you provide accurate payment instructions, from 12 September, you will be able to conveniently access on-screen help information directly in payment/template screens on HSBCnet. The icons provide useful information about input fields for cross-border Customer Transfers, Priority Payments, and Bank-to-Bank transfers.
Where an Information (‘i’) icon is displayed, select the ‘i’ to display the related help information.
