Saying goodbye to Balance and Transaction Reporting

Over the months of October and November 2016, the Balance and Transaction Reporting service will be removed from HSBCnet. We introduced the Account Information service in 2014 to replace the Balance and Transaction Reporting service. While we have offered the two services in parallel for the past few years, it is now time to bid farewell to the retiring service as we complete the transition to Account Information.

Please remember that all information that is currently available via Balance and Transaction Reporting will continue to be available in the enhanced Account Information service after this transition is complete.

New to the Account Information service?
Using the latest technology, the Account Information service provides a streamlined interface for enquiring on your account balances and statements. Designed to provide you with a rich user experience, the Account Information service features:

  • more organised and intuitive navigation;
  • a faster interface; and
  • improved formatting when exporting balances and statements.

Did you know?
You can customise your HSBCnet home screen to include Account Information, providing you balance information at a glance and making your statements easily accessible.
