Direct Debits service available for customers with GBP Business Current accounts in the UK
Dear HSBCnet User,
As of 18 July, the Direct Debits* service will be available for customers with UK GBP Business Current accounts. Located under the Payments and Transfers tab in HSBCnet, this service allows you to view and cancel direct debit instructions set up at your branch. Please note, new Direct Debit instructions cannot be created on HSBCnet.
This new service will not affect existing Direct Debit instructions at your branch, which will continue to be processed in the same manner you are familiar with. In order to set up a new Direct Debit instruction, please visit your local HSBC branch or speak with your HSBC representative.
Action required
To use this feature, System Administrators must entitle users to the Direct Debits service.To access a Quick Guide with instructions on how to use this feature, select the Help option in the top right corner of the Direct Debits service.
