Customers with accounts in Hong Kong: PDF autoPay reports available on HSBCnet in October
Dear HSBCnet User,
Effective 26 October 2015, autoPay reports will be available for download in PDF format on HSBCnet for your accounts domiciled in Hong Kong.
From 26 October, autoPay reports in PDF format (which will include the HSBC logo) will be available for download via the Reports and File Download (RFD) service within 14 days of the report’s generation date.The autoPay reports in PDF format will replace the current text-based format autoPay reports on HSBCnet, and as of 26 October, no new text-based format reports will be available on HSBCnet for your accounts domiciled in Hong Kong. Similar to text-based autoPay reports, autoPay reports in PDF format will provide information on account autoPay transactions and status of Direct Debit Authorisations (DDA).
Please note that any text-based autoPay Data File Reports generated for your Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems will not be affected and will continue to be available for download on HSBCnet.
If you currently receive only paper copies of autoPay reports and wish to receive autoPay reports in PDF format on HSBCnet for your accounts domiciled in Hong Kong, your System Administrator(s) will need to entitle users to the following reports via the HSBCnet Report and File Download entitlement screen:
- autoPay Electronic Payment Report
- autoPay Electronic Collection Report
- autoPay Debit Return Report
- autoPay Credit Return Report
- autoPay Good Fund Confirmation Report
- autoPay Statistics Report
- autoPay DDA Confirmation Report
- autoPay DDA Change Report
- Simplified DDA Confirmation Report
