Regarding your recent Webroot SecureAnywhere software download
Dear HSBCnet User,
We have identified that during a previous HSBCnet logon you attempted to download Webroot SecureAnywhere antivirus software. However, due to a technical issue on our side, you may or may not be aware that the download was not successfully completed.
This technical issue has now been successfully resolved and you are now able to download and install Webroot SecureAnywhere software* - benefiting from an advanced suite of online protection.
In order to install Webroot SecureAnywhere please follow the below steps:
1. Log on to HSBCnet.
2. From your "My HSBCnet" page, select "Maximise online security: complimentary software" tab from the Important Information banner section.
3. Select the "Download now" button and follow the prompts.Please note: the above tab may not always be located in the same position and at times may not be available. We recommend that you log on to HSBCnet prior to Sunday, 23 March, to ensure the process outlined above is available at the time you wish to download.
