Customers with accounts in Bangladesh, Hong Kong, India and Indonesia: possible changes to ERP/automated account reconciliation systems required

On the weekend of 14/15 September, we are enhancing the quality of account information reporting for customers with accounts in Bangladesh, Hong Kong, India and Indonesia using Balance Transaction Reporting (BTR), Report Writer (RW) and bank statement reporting.

As a result of this change, your internal ERP systems or automated account reconciliation programs may be impacted. To ensure the ongoing operation of your automated reconciliation processes, we recommend you review your internal systems and, if required, update them with the new settings.New setting details
These changes will enrich the Balance and Transaction Reporting (BTR) tool and bank statements in different formats like BTR, RW, SWIFT MT940/MT942 BAI2 and CSV. The table below outlines the specific locations of the changes. The information highlighted in red notes the current data to be changed, while the information highlighted in blue notes the new entries.Select the country name below to view applicable changes.
