As part of our ongoing efforts to improve your HSBC experience, starting 7 September 2024, we're introducing the new ‘Track SWIFT payments’ service in HSBCnet for HSBC India current accounts.
About Track SWIFT payments
The ‘Track SWIFT payments’ service in HSBCnet uses data from Swift global payments innovation (GPI) to provide up-to-date information about inbound payments throughout the payment journey. Swift GPI data allows you to track cross-border payments across participating financial institutions in the global correspondent banking network.
What this means for you
From 7 September 2024, you’ll be able to use the new ‘Track SWIFT payments’ service in HSBCnet to track inbound cross-border payments.
You’ll find this new service under the ‘Payment and transfers’ section in the HSBCnet menu:

To access this new service, you’ll need to have the ‘Account Information – Balance and statement’ permission for HSBC India accounts. System Administrators can review and update permissions for individual users at any time through the ’Edit user permissions’ screen in User Management.
