US accounts: connect statement data with Intuit QuickBooks software

You can now send statement data for HSBC checking and loan accounts in the US to Intuit QuickBooks® Online accounting software with HSBCnet’s ‘Manage bank feeds’ service.

Connecting HSBC accounts to QuickBooks:

If your organisation uses QuickBooks Online software, here’s how you can set up a connection in HSBCnet:

  1. From the HSBCnet menu or within the Account Information service, select ‘Manage bank feeds’.
  2. Select ‘Connect and manage’.
  3. Follow the instructions on the page to complete the setup.

HSBCnet will automatically send statement data to QuickBooks once setup is complete. The initial sync of transaction data typically takes 1-2 business days. A maximum of 90 days of transaction history can be sent from HSBCnet to QuickBooks.

Note for System Administrators: any user who has permission to view an eligible account(s) in Account Information will have the ability to set up a connection for that account. We recommend that you take this opportunity to review your users’ permissions and update them, if needed.
