At HSBC, how we do business is as important as what we do. To help reduce our impact on the environment, we are moving away from paper-based account statements and switching to electronic statement delivery through HSBCnet.
What this means for you
From August 2024, you’ll be able to access bank statements online for HSBC foreign currency accounts domiciled in the UK using HSBCnet’s Account Information service.
Over the coming months, we’ll be moving to electronic delivery of statements for HSBC foreign currency accounts domiciled in the UK via HSBCnet. Statements in HSBCnet will be available for download for a period of 7 years after the statement’s issue date.
To view and download PDF copies of statements, you’ll need to have the ‘Balance and statement’ permission for Account Information. System Administrators can review and update permissions for individual users at any time through the ’Edit user permissions’ screen in User Management.
How to download electronic statements:

You’ll still receive paper statement delivery for HSBC foreign currency accounts domiciled in the UK until further notice.
