Making HSBC TradePay better for you

We’ve recently made it easier to access the benefits of HSBC TradePay in HSBCnet. With HSBC TradePay, you get a simplified, digital trade finance solution that empowers you to draw your working capital loan and make just-in-time payments to suppliers immediately*.

What’s new?

Here are the latest enhancements designed to make HSBC TradePay better for you:

  • You can now find HSBC TradePay under the ‘Trade solutions’ section of the HSBCnet menu.
  • You can choose to upload an invoice file (in .xls or .csv format) or enter the invoice details manually.
  • With real-time file validation, you’ll get feedback in HSBCnet if there are errors in the file, allowing you to fix any errors and re-upload the file.
  • The new ‘Loan Currency’ field allows you to submit cross-currency requests and benefit from our flexible foreign exchange rates.

Here’s where to access HSBC TradePay in HSBCnet:

Once you sign up for HSBC TradePay, any user with ‘Trade loan’ user permissions will be able to access HSBC TradePay in HSBCnet. If you don’t see HSBC TradePay in the menu, contact your System Administrator to provide you with the required permission in the User Management service.
