Did you know it’s easier for you to contact us simply by using the HSBCnet Mobile app? With the ‘Call us’ button in the app, you can quickly call your local HSBCnet Support Centre – no more searching around for a phone number.

What this means for you

You'll find the ‘Call us’ button in the ‘Help and support’ section of the HSBCnet Mobile app.

Since you’re already logged on to the app, you won’t have to enter further verification details before being connected to a support agent.

The ‘Call us’ button is currently available for the following countries/territories*:

  • Canada
  • Mainland China
  • Egypt
  • Hong Kong SAR
  • Mexico
  • UAE
  • UK
  • US
