On 11 November 2023, we’re redesigning the ‘Trade solutions’ section of the HSBCnet menu to provide you with a streamlined, categorised view of your Trade menu options.
What this means for you
From 11 November 2023, the updated Trade solutions menu will be available to all users accessing trade services in HSBCnet (except for profiles located in Canada, Egypt, Qatar and the UAE). Note that for customers in Egypt, Qatar and the UAE, the updated menu will be rolled out over the coming months.
The redesigned menu simplifies and reorganises your 'Trade solutions' menu options to help make it easier for you to find the service you need.
