Introducing more self-service requests in HSBCnet

We’re continuing to offer more self-service features in HSBCnet to make it easier for you to bank with us, reducing the need for paper forms and branch visits.

We’re introducing the following new self-service requests in HSBCnet’s Message Centre:

*Authorisers of these requests must be verified as authorised signatories on the account in the bank’s official record. Contact glcmclientservices@sab.com for more information.

We recommend that System Administrators regularly review users’ permissions and update them as needed. You can add or remove permissions for individual users at any time through the ’Edit user permissions’ screen in User Management.
