Bermuda accounts: new Czech Koruna (CZK) correspondent bank

As part of the HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited ('HSBC Bermuda') annual review, HSBC Bermuda will be moving their Czech Koruna (CZK) currency correspondent banking relationship from Ceskoslovenska Obchodni Banka AS to HSBC Continental Europe (Czech Republic).

What this means for you

From 15 December 2023, all outward Priority Payments in CZK currency will be routed via the new correspondent bank, HSBC Continental Europe (Czech Republic). All incoming Priority Payments to HSBC Bermuda accounts in CZK currency should be routed as follows:

Make sure you include the complete account number and full name of the beneficiary’s account at HSBC Bermuda.

In order to avoid potential delays in processing inward CZK Priority Payments, please provide the above routing information to anyone who may send CZK payments to your HSBC Bermuda account(s).
