Last updated: 03 August 2023
The original version of this article stated this change would happen on 15 July 2023. We have now updated the article with the new date, 20 August 2023.
In August 2023, we’re upgrading our systems so that we can deliver select reports earlier for HSBC Israel accounts in HSBCnet, HSBC Connect and SwiftNET.
What’s changing?
From 20 August, the report generation schedule for accounts in Israel will change as follows:
| Channel | Service | What you need to know |
|---|---|---|
| HSBCnet | Account Information | Friday’s closing balances will appear earlier, displaying on the following Saturday morning instead of Sunday morning. |
| Reports and Files Download Standard IL-HBEU-AF650R1 Autopay Pay list report |
The Friday AFR1 report will generate earlier and be delivered on the following Saturday morning instead of Sunday morning. | |
| Customised reports in Reports and Files download | Custom reports will become available on Saturday. | |
| HSBC Connect and SwiftNET | Global Information Reporting | Friday’s statement reports will generate earlier and be delivered on the following Saturday morning instead of Sunday morning. |
What this means for you
If you currently receive reports on Sundays and you want to receive these earlier, make sure to update the customised report schedule to receive reports on Saturdays instead. For more information on how to amend custom reports, please review the ‘Create and Manage Custom Reports’ guide found in the ‘Reporting’ section of HSBCnet’s User Guides portal.
If you use enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or automated account reconciliation programs for electronic statements, you may be impacted. To ensure the ongoing operation of automated reconciliation processes, we recommend that you review your internal systems and, if required, update them.
