On 13 September 2020, we're redesigning the HSBCnet log on page where you enter your username. The updated screen has the same look and feel as the recently updated Security Device authentication pages.
There’s nothing you need to do differently - you can continue to input your username just like you do today. And if you need assistance, the new page includes links to give you quick access to the help you need.
Important note: if your organisation has firewall settings that restrict access to certain websites, you may need to contact your IT department to update your firewall settings to support the new screen. To learn more about the settings for the new screens, contact your local HSBCnet Support Centre.
Reminder: if you're ever concerned about the legitimacy of updated log on screens, please contact your local HSBCnet Support Centre to verify that the changes are valid.
