A brand new look for your HSBCnet Mobile app

We’ve recently updated the HSBCnet Mobile app, giving you a new and improved way to do your banking. The latest version of the app has been designed to provide you with faster and easier access to your HSBCnet services.

Delivering more convenience for you

Along with a brand new streamlined design, we’ve introduced the following new features in the app:

Improved navigation: the new menu is always available at the bottom of the app, making it easier for you to navigate between HSBCnet services.*

Quick access to accounts: view your accounts and balances as soon as you log on.

Liquidity Management Dashboard integration: the dashboard is now available directly in the app, providing dynamic and graphical views of liquidity KPIs for treasurers.*

The HSBCnet Mobile app also supports Biometric capabilities, including Touch and Face ID for Apple iPhone devices, as well as Fingerprint ID for supported Android devices. **

- A supported Android device or iPhone – the list of supported devices can be found at https://www.hsbcnet.com/learningcentre/hsbcnet-mobile

- The latest version of the HSBCnet Mobile app downloaded from the Google Play™ or the Apple App Store

- Your HSBCnet Security Device
