Customers with US Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) service: mandatory updates available for installation on 19 June

Effective 19 June, mandatory updates will be available for installation for customers with US Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) service. The upcoming updates must be installed to continue using the RDC service.

RDC enhancements include:

  • Compatibility with Windows 10: RDC will be compatible with Windows 10, as well as versions 7, 8.1 and higher.
  • Extended web browser compatibility: RDC will support the latest versions of Internet Explorer.
  • Enhanced user experience: new streamlined look and feel to RDC screens.

Action required
Beginning 19 June 2016, in order to continue to use the RDC service, you must have the required updates installed on your computer. Simply launch the RDC application and follow the on-screen prompts.

Please note:
Computer Administrative Rights are required to install RDC updates. You may need to work with your IT security team to ensure you have the proper administrative rights to install the update on your computer.
