Using the latest technology, the Account Information service provides a streamlined interface for enquiring on your account balances and statements. Designed to provide you with a rich user experience, the Account Information service features:  

• more organised and intuitive navigation;
• a faster interface; and
• improved formatting when exporting balances and statements.

Did you know?
You can customise your HSBCnet home screen to include Account Information, providing you balance information at a glance and making your statements easily accessible.

Please note: all information that is available via Balance and Transaction Reporting is also available in the enhanced Account Information service. Eventually, the Balance Transaction Reporting service will be replaced by Account Information; however the two services are still available in parallel for a limited time.
