注意網上銀行安全   親愛的 HSBCnet 客戶：   為協助客戶察覺及避免網上銀行的欺詐攻擊，香港上海滙豐銀行有限公 司提示客戶採取以下措施，以保障客戶使用網上銀行服務的安全性。 滙豐不會在電郵中披露客戶的個人資料，或要求客戶回覆電郵提供 任何私人資料，包括用戶名稱、密碼或保安編碼。 客戶如需使用網上理財，應在瀏覽器的網站地址欄輸入銀行的正確網址， 或將正確網址記錄在瀏覽器的常用網址名單內。 切勿打開可疑或不明來歷電郵內的任何附件或按其中的超連結， 以保障電腦免受病毒侵襲。 使用網上理財時，客戶不應單看網頁的外表和設計。 如對網頁有任何懷疑，不要輸入用戶名稱、密碼或保安編碼， 並立即致電客戶服務熱線通知我們。 如果有不尋常的視窗彈出，及/或電腦操作出現異常緩慢的情況， 也應立即致電客戶服務熱線通知我們。 客戶應該為其電腦安裝防止電腦病毒軟件，並定期更新病毒定義檔。 經常查閱交易紀錄。如您發現任何不尋常的交易，請盡快告知銀行。 使用網上理財前應不時瀏覽本行網頁內的網上保安提示。 使用保安編碼器登入網上理財的，客戶應遵從以下指示: 在登入程序中，只可用保安編碼器上的綠色按鈕。保安編碼器上 的黃色按鈕主要是用以進行轉賬至第三者戶口的交易。切勿使用 黃色按鈕在登入程序上。 客戶應遵從以下步驟來登入HSBCnet: 1. 按下保安編碼器上的綠色按鈕2秒來啟動編碼器 2. 輸入用戶密碼 3. 再次按下保安編碼器上的綠色按鈕來產生密碼 4. 輸入編碼器上產生的密碼在電腦視窗的預設空間內 另外，在轉賬款項至第三者戶口時，客戶應小心檢查及確認收款人 的戶口正確無誤 如對網上理財登入及操作有任何懷疑，並立即致電客戶服務熱線 (852) 2748 8288 通知我們。
