At HSBC, how we do business is as important as what we do. To help reduce our impact on the environment, we are moving away from paper-based account statements and switching to electronic statement delivery through HSBCnet.
What this means for you
You can now access bank statements online for HSBC accounts domiciled in Ireland and the Netherlands using HSBCnet’s Account Information service.
Over the coming months, we’ll be moving to electronic delivery of statements for HSBC accounts in Ireland and the Netherlands through HSBCnet only. Statements in HSBCnet will be available for download for a period of 12 months after the statement’s issue date. Paper statements will no longer be sent from June 2023.
To view and download PDF copies of statements, you’ll need to have the ‘Balance and statement’ permission for Account Information. System Administrators can review and update permissions for individual users at any time through the ’Edit user permissions’ screen in User Management.
